The building is heated by very efficient electric radiators, has a spacious fireplace, and is air conditioned in one bedroom (though very rarely required).

Kea or Tzia is located close to Athens, and is accessible by frequent ferry boats from Lavrio port (20 minutes’ drive from Athens Eleftherios Venizelos international airport); the boat trip takes 1 hour.
Otzias area, where the villa is located, lies within 3.2 km of Vourkari picturesque village, well-known for its marina, full of shops, cafes, bars and taverns. The port of Korresia is 5.5 km away, while all distances mentioned and the access to the villa are on asphalted roads.
Otzias wonderful sundy beach lies in front of the villa hill, 10-12min on foot or 2-3min by car.
